Random Bits

Today's Holidailies prompt is about horror stories from the mall. If I had any I must have mentally blocked them. Or I'm just a really nice, easy going person who hasn't upset anyone at the mall yet. Either way I have to find something else to write about today.

Today I am wearing some ultra-low rise pants from Old Navy. I'm not quite sure how I feel about them. Trying something on at the store doesn't give you the whole picture on how you will like an item of clothing. Is it going to work getting in and out of the car? What about when you sit down? When you walk any distance, are they going to feel like they are falling off your butt? I'll give them a few more days.

Out of eight rooms here in our office, I think mine is the only one with heat this morning. I'm not advertising that fact. Does that make me a bad person?

I've almost got three monthly bills completely paid off. I'm pretty jazzed about that fact. We've done fairly well as far as the presents go and I've already gotten most of them. The long hours and lack of sleep are more than a good trade-off for not having those bills any longer. This end of this pay period will find me with 203 hours. No, I don't have a life.

Should I ask for a show of hands on this question? Who thinks that my husband and daughter have refrained from opening any of the boxes that have started to arrive at the house? Since I am busy at work and then flying home, I've been an internet shopper this holiday. The problem is that I'm not home to get the boxes and then hide them. I can only hope that the boxes don't show what is actually inside and that they aren't opening anything. Yeah, not really holding my breath on that either.

I need to wander through the office and see if anyone is going to get breakfast. I'm a little hungry and a lot cold.

This entry brought to you by the number 32 and the letter F.
