H is for Home

Home - n.

A place where one lives; a residence.
The physical structure within which one lives, such as a house or apartment.
A dwelling place together with the family or social unit that occupies it; a household.
An environment offering security and happiness.
A valued place regarded as a refuge or place of origin.
The place, such as a country or town, where one was born or has lived for a long period.

Have I mentioned lately how excited I am about moving? Have I even mentioned that we're moving? Or that we're looking to buy a house? Or that I spend a little bit of time each and every day drooling over the same house?

I found the house online a few months ago. From the moment I saw it I just felt like it would be a home. Someplace to live for a long period of time. Someplace that I could paint and garden and make my own.

There are four bedrooms. There are hardwood floors. There is a bay window area. There is stained glass panes in the living room. It is over a hundred years old.

I'm in love with the house. I want to make it my home.
