Where has the time gone?

Goodness! If you have never done an inventory in a warehouse before, then you would have no idea how utterly wiped out I have been these past few weeks. Sitting in the back of a warehouse that needs to be maintained at about 80 degrees, listening to music (wait, that is a good thing), and counting nuts, screws, bolts, washers and other assorted small things. I can tell you that in row 1, there are about 4 sets of shelves, each shelf with about 9 boxes, each box with at least a few hundred small items in it. I've been brain dead, I admit it.

It's been cold here. I have some pictures of the snow from a week ago. Unfortunately, with as cold as it has been, most of it is still around in the form of ice. Yay. Makes driving to work so much more interesting! I actually got the truck stuck in the parking lot on Friday! I was just about ready to call the shack and ask a few mechanics to come out and help me when some very nice air force dudes walked by, dropped their stuff and had me out of there in a hot second. I thought it was oh so nice of them!

As for the resolution-like statements as to being a better person and losing weight and all that. I've been doing my LC thing, getting motivated to hit the gym either this week or next and really, I've been downright nice most of the time. I have a long term goal that involves losing about 2.13 lbs/week. I won't tell you how LONG it should take me because I'm just not THAT willing to share yet.

Here are the pictures.

This picture was taken on christmas morning. We are looking directly down from the balcony in the living room.

Here is the same view on January 2nd. It had probably only snowed about 4 inches at this point since I think we took this around lunch time. By the end of the day we had over 8 inches.

This is off of the same balcony, but looking down towards the left at the street. Needless to say, there wasn't THAT much traffic.

I actually took this one at about 3 in the afternoon. I'm standing in the laundry room which is on the opposite side of the apartment. I just opened the window and took the picture.

Here is a picture of WildChild playing her Crash Bash game on the playstation in the back bedroom.

Since we should be wrapping up inventory this week, perhaps I'll have more brain cells left at the end of the day to formulate something more interesting than today's entry. I hope everyone had a good few weeks, and that you all are sticking to whatever resolutions/promises you made to yourself for the coming year!
